Office ofthe inspector General (O1G) has completed its investigation regarding an allegation that Marv ChiefAdministrative Law Judge (Chief.ludge). Office of Administrative Hearings (OA1-I). steered a contract to 'l'Pi\'l Group. LLC and failed to disclose that_ owner, TPM, was in a long--term relationship: with General Counsel (GC), OAH. The investigation found that Chiefludge Oates-Walker knew ofthe relationship between and_and did not disclose that information to the Department of General Services3 (DGS), the procurement authority for this contract; however, the investigation did not uncover an_v evidence that C.hief.luc1ge Oates-Walker influenced or pressured the DGS to select TPM. During this investigation. investigators reviewed OAH and DGS documents and electronic mail (email) messages.
