Recall of “DropIt” Liquid THC (Ingredients: Ethanol Extracted Cannabis Oil, Organic Cane Alcohol, Vegetable Glycerin, Natural Flavoring (from essential oils). CEASE AND DESIST ORDER: Operator is hereby ordered to cease and desist the sales of all Canyon Cultivation “DropIt” Liquid THC that was manufactured prior to April 13, 2014 and has been stored at ambient room temperature. Operator shall recall all Canyon Cultivation “DropIt” Liquid THC by written notification to all medical and recreational marijuana outlets by 9:00 am on 4/15/14. Written notification shall instruct retail outlet to either return the product for proper disposal or the retail outlet may dispose of the product onsite. The written notification shall state that the product is deemed unsafe by the Denver Department of Environmental Health and require immediate action to ensure public health. Operator shall maintain a list of the recalled products, the name of the medical/retail marijuana outlet which returned the product, the amount recalled per outlet, and the date of return and disposal. A copy of the recall notification, a list of all of the retail outlets that received the recalled products for sale, and coordinating invoices/manifests from the Marijuana Inventory Tracking System (MITS) shall be emailed to the Inspector by 9:00 am on 4/15/14. All recalled product returned to operator shall be retained and properly disposed of within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to comply with any aspects of this recall order may result in further enforcement action. Re-inspection required. All Canyon Cultivation “DropIt” Liquid THC product manufactured following this order shall be held cold at 41 degrees F or below at all times.
