Contract No. 30000828. Construction of a second 50 million gallon water reservoir at Powell Butte (Powell Butte Reservoir No. 2) is part of the Portland Water Bureau long range plan to provide adequate in-town terminal storage facilities. Contract No. 30000828 with_CH2M Hill, Inc. was authorized by City Council via Ordinance No. 183228 passed October 7, 2009 with a not to exceed amount of $8,455,246. Amendments 1 and 2 added subconsultants. Amendment 3 reallocated site civil tasks from a subconsultant to CH2M Hill, Inc. Amendment 4 added $1,813,015 for additional engineering services as a result of the land use permit. Amendment 5 speci?ed the name of the individual that would serve as the on- site construction observer as described in the original contract. Amendment 6 revised the e?mail address for electronic invoice submission. The Council ?nds: 1. The Water Bureau entered into?Contract No. 30000828 with CH2M Hill, Inc. to provide design services for the Powell Butte Reservoir 2, Phase 2 Project. The not to exceed amount of the contract was $8,455,246.
