Uh hum. Um, anything unusual happen while you were at the Walgreen?s? Well. we were sitting there and the windows were rolled down and the gut; oame Up to the back window and put the gun up to my head and said "Give me the pocketbookh Okayt Did you get a look at this fellow? Uh Unit1 now you were sitting in the front passenger seat? He was behind you? Did you turn around and look at him? Yeah. And how long did you have a, to actually look at him? Tall, black dew rag. Looked like what was underneath it probably dreads or corn rows. Uh, I think it was a, a yellow Hawaiian shirt and I don?t really remember the pants. I noticed in your statement you put he had a crater face. Oh. What?s a crater face? Like he had, looks like he had bad acne or something and popped them and he had scars all over. Okay. So he had acne scars on his face? Uh hum. And you also said he had light skin? Is that, I mean he was black? Yeah. But he was a lighter shade of the black man? Not a real black, black? Yeah. Urn, how light would you describe it as? Uh, kind of hard to describe like how light. All right. But not a dark Uh uh. Not a dark skinned black man? Is that right? Yeah. And you could see it was tight. so, you could see what was underneath it. And you said it looked like either dreads or corn rows? Uh hum. Um, did you get a chance to see the gun? Uh hum. I looked down the barrel. What, what'd the gun look like? The gun? Could you tell whether it was a revolver or do you know anything about handguns? Uh, it, not it wasn?t a revolver. Do you know the color of it? Black. Um, and he said "Give me the pocketbook? and I?m assuming your mother complied pretty quickly? Yeah. She gave it to him right away? And then he took off? Yep. How long do you think this whole thing lasted? Um, and then your mom'called the police? Uh hum. And you stayed at the Walgreen?s and waited for the police to come? Is that right? Yes. Okay. And then later they showed you some photographs and asked if you could identify him. Do you remember that? Yeah. Was that that same night? Uh. yeah, it was later that night. And were you able to pick anyone out? The, photos were like out of date, so I couldn't like really tell. So you weren?t sure when they showed you those photos if they had the right person? Yeah, cause some of the pictures were all, they were in black and white and I couldn't hardly see much. Does that look like what they showed you? Yeah. And you weren?t able to pick anyone out of that photo pack? Were you later shown another photo pack? Yeah. And was that the next day or a couple days later? And how come, how could you pick one out of the second one? it was in color and it, they were more updated photos. Do you know if the person you picked out had acne scars? Yeah. He did? You could tell from the black and white. Yeah. Okay. And when you picked him out, how sure were you that the person you picked out was this person that did this robbery? I was positive. Um, what did they tell you before they showed you these photographs? Do you remember? No. Did they indicate that the guy was in this photo pack at all and asked you to pick him out? No he said, uh, oh, he said ?Here?s some photos that", and he told me how to pick them. Like, one two, three, four, ?ve and six. And he said ?I'm not saying that he's in here or he?s not in here, but maybe it's one of them". Okay. So the second photo pack you were able to pick him out, but the ?rst one you were not? Is that correct? Yeah. And I guess they had you sign this thing? Do you remember that?
