Um, I'm looking at your, you, you gave a written statement that night? And you described him as, he had dents in his face? Is that right? Uh hum. You have to speak. Yeah. Okay. Um, and that the dents you're describing is maybe from scars from acne? Yeah. A long face? Yeah. What is a long face mean? Like it wasn?t like wide, it was just like long. I don?t know. Long and thin as opposed to short and wide? Yes. And he had big eyes? Uh hum. Could you tell what color his eyes were? They were dark brown. And you said he had a blue, dark blue bandana. Yeah. With a Hawaiian shirt? Yeah. Um, was the bandana covering his whole head? Yes. Well, it like, he, the dreads were in the back. Like you did, like some were to the side. But it was like covering the top of his head. And you said he might have had black or blue denim pants on? Yeah. Like blue jeans? Yes. And it was a black or a light black gun? Yeah. So he said, "Give me the pocketbook" and your mom handed him her wallet? Yeah. And how long did it take your mom to give him the wallet? Pretty quick? I can?t quite remember because it was the, it seemed like a dream to me so I didn?t know what was really happening. But I remember seeing him asking for it. And I think it took like three minutes. How long? Three minutes. Um, and so she handed him the, the purse? Well not purse, but the wallet? Yeah. What was the wallet? Could you describe that? It was dark purple, um, with like Now, after he got it, what did he do? He ran. We were, um, facing the, like not facing towards the pharmacy, but we were right next to it and he ran, uh, from, like the way, like on the passenger side where my friend was sitting and he ran towards the woods on the, to the right. Now did he ever touch your car? Did you see that? He was kind of leaning against it while he was kneeling down. He was kneeling down? Like he was, he wasn?t like kneeling down. He was like against it but he was kind of like crouched down And how long did you have to actually look at his face? About as long as he was there for. It was pretty long. So you were looking at him the whole time? Uh hum. Yes. Did you look at the gun at all? A little. Um, were you crying? I was trying not to because I was afraid he?d do something to my brother. 80 was just kind of making weird noises, like at, trying not to cry. What about your friend? Was she crying? She was tearing. She wasn?t really crying. Did they show you any, uh, pictures of the man that night? They showed a whole bunch of pictures I think a couple days later. And, um, I, we chose a picture that looked most like him. So you were all in the same room when they showed you the pictures? Yes. 80 did, They, they weren't close enough to see. Did you see which one they picked out? No. Did they see which one you picked out? Hot And how sure were you that the man you picked out is the same person that did. the robbery? Reallyr sure. Have you ever seen that man again? No- Urn, did they ever do a live lineup where you coutd actually see him to make: sure? I don?t remember. But you never saw him again? Just a picture? Yeah.
