The BHOF and Purdue agree to the following terms: 1. This tournament will be conducted in accordance with all NCAA rules and regulations, including but not limited to, NCAA bylaw 17.3.5.1.1, commonly referred to as for (2) exemption? in the game schedule for the 2015 2016 basketball season. 2. In the event that any games involving PU are not broadcast live to the state of Indiana, PU shall have the right to provide such live coverage through its own endeavor?s. PU or its conference af?liation will maintain all media rights for the playing of Game 1 and Game 2. 5. BHOF shall retain all event sponsorship rights for Game 3 and Game 4. BHOF, subject to any rights already granted to other parties and as reviewed and approved by PU representatives in advance, may be issued a limited right for Sponsorships opportmiities for Game 1 and Game 2. Such limited right may allow for non- exclusive sponsorships and not be in con?ict and/or in competition with a current PU sponsorship partner. For further clari?cation, any and all PU sponsorship signage and promotional opportunities will be ful?lled and allowable for Game 1 Game 2 and BHOF recognizes the relationship between Purdue and Gatorade for courtside placement of product. For the playing of Game 1 and Game 2, Purdue shall be in control of the sponsorship activation for'Gatorade as it would for any other regular home game. For the playing of Game 3 and Game 4, at the neutral site venue, BHOF agrees that the Purdue bench during Game 3 and Game 4 will be non-branded with an isotonic product. 6. PU shall provide a non-exclusive and limited right to BHOF for the use of school trademarks, logos and other identifying features for promotion and marketing of the Basketball Hall of Fame?s Tip-Off Tournament and BHOF. 0 Use of PU marks will not be related to any commercial or sponsorship purposes outside of the scope and purpose of promoting the Event and should not imply endorsement of any product or service.
