3. On June 14, 2012 I was on government assigned travel from San Diego to Washington,
DC. On the same day Michelle D'antonio was returning to Washington, DC from San
Diego. Ms. D'antonio told me previously she was in San Diego at the time on vacation.

4. Ms. D'antonio approached me in the San Diego airport as was waiting to board my

?ight.

5. Ms. D?antonio told me she had noticed I was on the ?ight and had changed her ?ight
so that she could be on the same ?ight. Ms. D'antonio said she would also arrive horne
earlier since she had changed her ?ight.

6. When Ms. D'antonio said she had noticed I was on this speci?c flight I understood it to
mean she had accessed my schedule.

7. I give this information freely and voluntarily, with no solicitation from any party.
