Thank you. Questions for Sarichia Cacciatore: 1. Please provide a comprehensive list of projects you worked on during your time at Helix Environmental. 2. Are you still working for Helix in any way? If not, when did you leave the company? 3. Your job was to help the port and other municipalities comply with environmental law, while at the same time your husband was suing those same agencies and municipalities alleging noncompliance with environmental law. Do you see this as a conflict of interest? Please explain. 4. While at Helix, you had access to details that could greatly benefit Mr. Briggs’ law practice. What details did you share with your husband? 5. Did you ever disclose your relationship with Mr. Briggs to anyone at Helix? 6. Why do you have a “seekey@briggslawcorp.com” email address? When did you begin using it? 7. What are your roles with the Briggs Law Corporation? What particular lawsuits were you--in any way--involved with? 8. Why did you and your husband sell your home at 4515 Adair Street to your husband’s LLC, TYL Enterprises, for $725,000--about half of its value? 9. How did Bancroft Apartments LLC come to purchase 12305 Deborah Place in Victorville from Briggs Law Corporation? How did Bancroft Apartments come to pay $75,000 for the house when it was worth more than $200,000? Question for Mr. Gonzalez, 1. We can’t seem to find any registration for your business, “Coast Law Group LLP” — not with the Secretary of State, not with the Department of Business Oversight, not with the Franchise Tax Board (although they have received your checks), and not in third-party search engines. Could you please provide us with any and all other names the Coast Law Group uses in its 2/24/15, 12:51 AM RE: February 11, 2015 Interview with Cory Briggs 3 of 4 business filings?
