            FDLE Cell Site Simulator Case Reviews
 
We have identified 1,835 uses of the cell site simulater equipment. Please note that our
cases are not housed in lists as requested in your public records request. Thus, a manual
review for of each case for statutory exemptions is required. A response to your request
will require extensive use of information technology resources, extensive clerical and
extensive supervisory assistance. A conservative labor estimate required to process this
request is at least 1,800 hours.  Costs are assessed pursuant to ss. 119.07(4)(a) and
119.07(4)(d), Florida Statutes (http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes).
 
Please regard this as a good-faith deposit invoice for $3,500 for your public records
request based on the above referenced information. We will send periodic deposit invoices
for outstanding balances after the initial deposit is received and depleated. You will receive
records as they become available after we receive the initial good-faith deposit and begin
processing your request. A final itemized invoice will be provided once your request is
completed in full.
 
Please remit a check or money order, in the amount of $3,500, with our docket number
