SUBJECT: Reseission oi?Change I to the Regulation for Trial by l?v?lilitaryr Commission

Effective immediately I rescind Change I of the Regulation For Trial by Military
Commission originailv issued on 7 January 2015. Under the authorities of the
Seeretary or his designee to promuigale regulatiOns governing military commissions, I hereby
further direct the Of?ce of the Convening Authority to coordinate with the Office of General
Counsel, various components, the Judge Advocates General, and the military commission
triaijudiciary, as appropriate, concerning whether amendments to the existing regulation or
additional regulations would further the interests of justice in current and future Military
Commission cases. Any such regulation must preserve the independence of the military

commissionjudicial?;r in both fact and appearance.
