OIA REQUEST: GCSB ANNUAL REPORT 2013/14

I refer to your request of 12 February 2015 under the Official Information A01 1932 for the
follnwing information:

I On what date did the GCSB present their annual report to the Minister (or their
predecessor)?

- On what date did the Minister (or their predecessor) submit the report to the
Intelligence and Security Commitlee.

GCSB presented its annual report to me on 16 Febniary 2015. This was later than usual due
to the dissolution of Parliament for the General Election last year and the need for the
Intelligence and Security Committee (ISO) to be re-formedt This happened on 17 Felimary
2015'

I intend to submit GCSB's Annual Report 2013/14 to the ISC for consideration at its first
meeting.
