ADAMS COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT 14

RESCINDING PRIOR BOARD OF EDUCATION RESOLUTIONS 14-021 AND 14-023

WHEREAS: the Adams Board of Education previously adopted Resolutions 14-021 and 14?023
pursuant to the school district?s exclusive chartering authority under Colorado law.
Pursuant to subsequent negotiations with the Coiorado Charter School Institute
and a Memorandum of Understanding entered into between this Board and
CSI on February 24, 2015, those prior Resolutions are to be rescinded.

THEREFORE, BE 11' RESOLVED: that the Adams 14 Board of Education hereby resoinds without
prejudice or waiver of any rights Board of Education Resointion 14-021 and Resolution 14~023.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 10th day of March 2015.
