are NOT recognized as gifts to the University, but payments toward the right to display advertised based on
the agreement.
3) The commitment dollars designated for the renovation of the Stadium include per agreement the privilege of a "Premium Suite" from the year
of completion to the year 2014. The current value of a "Premium Suite" similar to the suite reserved for PNB is $50,000 per year. The tax
deductible "gift" portion of the annual suite payment will be 80"k of amount applied toward payment of the suite.
