Speci?c conditions that exist: Inspections for footings were not done. Work was
complete before the permit was issued and pre construction meeting held. No
additional work is to be done without having resolution to this violation. Please
schedule all required inspections with the Citv of Tacoma?s inspection staff prior
to the work being complete. Proner noti?cation of 24 hours is needed before staff
can be routed to the site. Violations can cause other requested permits in our
svstem not to be issued. Please submit the required information in order to

Submit plans and obtain all required permits. This may include Building, Land Use, Plumbing,
Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Division, and other applicable permits not listed.

a DOUBLE FEE PERMITS: Per Tacoma Municipal Code 2.09.050, in no case shall the fee be less than $200.

Failure to respond and correct the above noted conditions will result in a civil citation
being issued in an amount of $250.00 for the ?rst violation and $500.00 per violation for
the second and subsequent violations. Every day or portion thereof that the violation
remains shall be considered a separate violation subject to a civil penalty.
