However, to give you an opportunity to find other employment, you may remain on the University payroll until you begin other employment or through July 31, 201 1, whichever occurs first. Your remaining on the University payroll will be subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. As of March 22, 201 1, you will have no duties or responsibilities with respect to basketball program, 2. You will not: (1) engage in gross misconduct, as described in University of Tennessee Human Resources Policy 525; (2) interfere in any way with the activities ofthe University's men's basketball team; (3) discourage any current member of the team from cooperating in the transition to a new head coach or remaining an active member ofthe team; or (4) discourage any prospective student-athlete from enrolling in the University. 3. You will cooperate fully with the University and the NCAA enforcement staf? Committee on Intractions, and infractions Appeals Committee with respect to the current or any other investigation of alleged violation(s) of NCAA rules arising out ofthe men's basketball program during your employment with the University, 4. By the end ofthe day on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, you must clear your office of all personal belongings. 5. Beginning March 22, 201 1, you will be on annual leave until such date as you have exhausted your accumulated annual leave, at which point you will be placed on administrative leave with pay until you begin other employment or through July 31, 201 1, whichever occurs first. You will not accrue additional annual leave or sick leave while on administrative leave with pay. Your current base salary will remain unchanged for as long as you remain on the University payroll. You will remain eligible for health insurance and other fringe benefits applicable to regular, full-time employees as long as you remain on the University payroll. Health insurance premiums paid during your final month on the University payroll will provide coverage for one month beyond the month in which you go off the University payroll. For example, if you begin other employment on May 15, 201 1, health insurance premiums paid by you and the University in May will provide coverage through June 2011. If you remain 011 the University payroll through July 31, 2011, health insurance premiums paid by you and the University in July will provide coverage through August 201 1. By the end ofthe day on Thursday, March 31, 2011, you must return all University property, including University identification, keys, mobile telephones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), computers, credit cards, and calling cards, and any other University property in your possession. On or before you leave the University's payroll (July 31, 2011 or such earlier date as you begin other employment), you must complete other requirements ofthe University's standard exit procedures, including satisfaction of any debts to the University (such as parking fines). Your final paycheck may be withheld until all debts are satisfied. On or before the date you begin other employment or April 30, 2011, whichever occurs iirst, you must return to the dealer the vehicle in your possession under the courtesy vehicle program. Your employment will be terminated effective March 21, 201 1, with no opportunity to remain on the University payroll, if you either refuse to indicate your acceptance of the above-described terms and conditions by signing below or refuse to complete and sign the attached Athletics Compliance Employee Che ut Form.
