It represents the estimated population at a specific point in time (mid-December 2020) and not the number of suites. Note that the capacity in the sector fluctuates so it may not be truly representative of the population today. Long-term care home staff counts were provided by MLTC (Dec 2020). Long-term care home residents are based on the LTCH Cohort (Jan 1 2021), a resident estimate developed by HAIB using administrative data sources. When the number of people with one or more doses exceeds the estimated denominator the percentage will exceed 100% (e.g. the number of retirement home residents). All first and second dose clinics in the 31 fly-in First Nation communities and Moosonee have been completed, with a total of 25,200 doses (14,411 first doses and 10,789 second doses) administered to adults in Sioux Lookout and communities in scope. Ornge is continuing to deliver doses to the nursing stations or health authorities who will administer second doses for those that received their first dose during Ornge’s second visit. • o o o o o o o • o o • o • o o •••• 7 • • 1Ontario COVID-19 Science Advisory Table, “A Strategy for the Mass Distribution of COVID-19 Vaccines in Ontario Based on Age and Neighbourhood.” February 26, 2021 9 ••••• 10 ••• ••• Adults (50+) Living in COVID—19 Hot Spot Communities Adults over the age of 50 hing in hot spot communities where provincial data demonstrate cumulative hstorc high COVID—19 burden (mortality. hospitalization are eligible to receive the vaccine Confirming Eligistty Vist Ontarica/covidvaccine to determine if you Ive n a hot spot community (based on the fit three igts of your postal code. called the Forward Sortation Area. eg.
