Green noticed our approach and yelled He then tossed the clear plastic bag of suspected CDS over top of the temporary fence that was safeguarding the construction site. He then took off running Bound on Patterson Park and ran 8 Bound into an alley behind Patterson Park. I exited the vehicle and pursued Def. Green into the alley and lost sight of him brie?y. Det.
