He kicked it off by saying that despite a lot of work, he could not secure a 10 minute slot so asked GSK for their time. Said he is not being paid a dime. He was a great witness and did a great job explaining why this step edit goes agst guidelines, creates an unnecessary burden to docs and is dangerous for patients. He really did a great job.
