This is a final response to your letter of 28 September 20] I wherein you requested an
Executive Order 13526 mandatory declassification review of the following:

"The list of all partlcipants Illd official agenda {or the CIA, RAND
Corporation, and the American Association meeting titled
'Seience of Deception: Integration of Practice and Theory,' held on July 17
and 18, 1003 at Rind Corpontlon headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. In
addition, I request a list of all participants to the special workshop during
this meeting, entitled 'Law Enforcement lnterrogntion and Dehrieflng."'

No records responsive to your request were located Although our searches were
thorough and diligent, and it is highly unlikely that repeating those searches would change
the result. you nevertheless have the legal right to appeal the finding of no records responsive
to your request, As the CIA Information and Privacy Coordinator, I am the CIA official
responsible for this determination. You have the right to appeal this response to the Agency
Release Panel, in my care, within 45 days from the date of this letter, Please include the
