Meeting with Army Alex Velasco Sent: Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 2:31 PM To: Marco Bettini; Daniele Milan Cc: Giancarlo Russo; David Vincenzetti; Marco Catino Hello, Current status here at US of?ce. We had a meeting with Army Fort Meade Monday 25th. If you remember, they purchased a system right before they got their budget cut. It has been about two years since the purchase. They were never given permission to pull an internet line to their of?ce to install the system. (ridiculous but true!). They need to write a report on how much they paid for the system and how much it would cost if they buy it today. They also are interested in the new options that we have developed and want prices. They are not sure when we will be able to install but they believe that it could be in the next few months I had a previous con?rmation from DOD for a meeting this week. But since that last conversation I have not had an answer nor a con?rmation form the client that they are coming. lam not sure why, I can only suspect that something came up and they can not reply. I have not lost hope that they will come this week. We have a con?rmed meeting with customs on thursday morning at their of?ces. DCIS or Defense criminal investigative service (Cyber Crimes Defense Criminal Investigative Service) was expected this week but I recieved an email: Got your VMs Alex but am pretty much out or tied up all this week. rf you would like we can try to set something up the ?rst two weeks of March depending on my schedule or if your time is tight you might be able to hook up with my Program Directors for Forensics or intrusions (Auman and Yurek above). Sorry for the delay in getting back to you and thanks .. Je??ery Thorpe, Special Agent Program Director, Cyber Crimes Defense Criminal investigative Service STE: (703) 604-8444, Cell: 5 731-237-8246 I have contacted the alternatives to see ifthey can meet with us but again no reply from them. I am afraid that they will not be able to meet with us this week. We still have two days where we can have a reply and schedule these groups. DOD surprises me, they usually reply. it is odd that it has been this much time with no reply. For next week, we have POC con?rmed with Fort Lauderdale. We also have con?rmation from Alex Berroa that 4 intelligence clients want to see us in Caracas, Venezuela. We will be leaving for Venezuela next Wednesday. We are returning from our meetings on Saturday the 9th. We also have a request from Phoebe to arrange a meeting with National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force. They work with Phoebe projects. ldon't know when I can schedule them in for a demo. But being that it is a client that is requesting we do so, I hope it can be soon. AS for DCIS, I don't know how to answer their invitation for a demo in the ?rst two weeks of March. I know ?rst week we are busy but the following week we are short handed. Any in put is appreciated.
