Hello,

I spoke with Katie and Mike Casey, the request for purchase with end of year money did not go through. The only reason it did not happen was that
the system is "too controversial" These are Katie's exact words.

"Alex,
Our domestic acquisition did not make it through our bosses, but we are
working on the foreign angle. We will be at 188 in October and can

speak then. Too controversial. 

I am not sure what the Foreign angle is but she will tell us then. I also think that once f?client gets his set up the controversial aspect will be less.

By the way, are we, Cicom USA, going to have passes to get into 188?
