In light of the parties? failure to agree on the selection of a neutral arbitrator from the list
of ?ve nominees, the court hereby appoints David J. Meadows, Esq., 679 Arimo Avenue, 

Oakland, CA 94610, (510) 451-2660, to hear and determine the matters in controversy set forth

the First Amended Petition for Arbitration, consistent with the court?s order dated April 3,
2014. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with C.C.P. secs. 1280 et .
seq.

'Counsel for the parties shall provide current telephone numbers to the arbitrator within 10
days of service of this order. The arbitrator and attorneys of record are jointly responsible for
scheduling the hearing.

All proceedings in this action remain stayed pending completion of arbitration. The Case
Management Conference re status of the arbitration proceedings remains scheduled for
October 3, 2014 at 09:00 AM in Department 25. All parties to the arbitration are admonished to

proceed in good faith to complete the process ef?ciently and 
IT IS SO ORDERED.
