Do you want to give me a call to discuss next steps? Some of the cases you sent were created internally, meaning that a PWD employee identified a pothole and filled it, and created an internal case in CityWorker to document the work. In these cases includes a "before" photo and not an "after" photo, however the pothole was still filled. As I mentioned before, while it is our preference that an "after" photo is always submitted, it does not always m noted several cases that fit this criteria in the list you provided below. PWD policy for referring cases is that each case is sent back to 4500 (the Mayor's Hotline) to then be sent to the relevant agency or department. For most cases, 4500 prefers to leave each case op the relevant agency or department that work has been completed. However, there are times when a case will be referred to the relevant agency or department by phone or other means that makes example, I have attached an example of a case that was referred to BWSC. Because they are in our system, the case can be referred within Lagan. Why did crews leave other potholes unfilled at the same location in the cases below? While it is always the preference of the PWD to fill as many potholes as possible when working in one area, there can be a number of reasons that contribute to this not being possible, ranging from something physically being in the way - such as a car or delivery truck being parked over any potholes. Looking back at each case PWD is unable to tell the specific reason unless it is noted, howev potholes as possible. A few of the cases you mention involve state roads. Specifically, 101001405311 is a private road and DCR road, and 101001406324 is a DCR road. For case 101001417777 on Commercial Street, I mentioned in a previous email that the crews had to return to do the work because they ran out of hot top. This was actually a Citizens Connect cas created originally. Why did the city close these cases (below) without fixing the pothole(s)? https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&ik=e67a6e30d6&view=pt&q=j…qs=true&search=query&msg=14e895fcba3b6fe1&siml=14e895fcba3b6fe1 Page 1 of 4 Gmail - Fwd: Camera 7/16/15 11:42 AM This is where several of the internal cases created on CityWorker come into play.
