1, Leonard E. Warner, being ?rst duly sworn and cautioned, hereby depose and state as
follows:

1. I am of lawful age, under no disability and have personal knowledge to the
matters hereinafter referred to.

2. I am the father of Tamir Rice.

3. I am seeking Douglas Winston?s removal as the Administrator of the Estate of
Tamir Rice based on his total failure to communicate with me and his inability to act in the best
interests of the Estate.

4. I strongly disagree with Walter Madison and Benjamin Crump being replaced as
counsel in the wrongful death action they are currently pursuing against the City of Cleveland on
behalf of the Estate.

5. I will not work with Emery Celli Bn'nckerhoff Abady, LLP, The Chandra Law
Firm LLC, or Firm Equity as I ?rmly believe that these lawyers do not represent the best interest
of the Estate and only intend to cater to Samaria Rice?s ever changing desires.

6. Mr. Winston has altogether failed to communicate with me in any fashion.

 

 

7. As a result, I feel like Mr. Winston is unable or unwilling to act in the best interest

of all bene?ciaries of the Estate.

8. I therefore request that Mr. Winston be removed as Administrator of the Estate.
