PROGRAM REPORTING FREQUENCY TONNAGE RECORDS: The operator shall maintain and keep current all records used to determine daily tonnage. RAFFIC RECORDS: The operator shall maintain and keep current a record of all vehicles hauling solid waste to the facility. REMAINING The operator shall prepare and submit a report regarding the remaining volumetric capacity at the site. LANDFILL GAS MONITORING: The operator shall provide records of all land?ll gas monitoring conducted at the required frequency. HMARDCIUS WASTE LOAD CH ECK: The operator shall provide a summary of the results of all load checlo?load rejection activities and enforcement actions. 16. LEA Conditions: Tonnage, traf?c, remaining capacity, and special occurrence records shall be summarized and submitted to the LEA on a quarterly basis. The reporting periods and dues dates are: January through March, due May 1; April through June, due August July through September, due November and October through December, due February 1. The operator shall prepare and submit annually1 on or before November 1, a report regarding remaining capacity at the site. The operator shall submit to unannounced inspections during permitted hours of operation. Such inspections may occur before the start or after the end of waste deposition activities. This Solid waste facilities permit is subject to review by the LEA and may be suspended or revoked at any time for sufficient cause in accordance with Division 30 of the PRC, Part 4. Article 2, Sections 44305 et seq. and associated regulations. Any change that would cause the design or operation of the facility not to conform to the terms and conditions of this permit is prohibited. Such change may be considered a signi?cant change, requiring a permit revision. In no case shall the operator implement changes without ?rst submitting a written notice of the proposed change, in the form of a Report of Facility Information amendment, at least 180 days in advance of the proposed change unless otherwise determined by the EA. Additional information related to compliance with this permit or information concerning the design and operation of this facility shall be furnished to the LEA upon request.
