AFFIDAVIT

1. My name is Heidi Fessler. I am a current tenant of
Apartments Downtown Gateway South, Apartment 1534, in Iowa
City.

2. My roommates and I were charged $361.33 common area
damage for repair and replacement of our door broken during
an apparent burglary. We have also recently been charged
$21.00 for numbers that were stolen off of our front door.
I have no idea who caused the damage. [The bills for
damages are attached.}

I certify under penalties of perjury and according to the
laws of the State of Iowa that the preceding is true and
correct.
