AFFIDAVIT

1. My name is Elyse DeStefano. I am tenant of Apartments
Downtown/Apartments Near Campus at 516 Bowery St Unit?1, in
Iowa City, IA.

2. We were charged approximately $598.46 for common area
damage, when our outside door was damaged in a break in. I
have no idea who caused the damage. The bill for damage is
attached.

I certify under penalties of perjury and according to the
laws of the State of Iowa that the preceding is true and
correct.
