Corporal Michael Mitchell,

Mike, you know there are times I could just strangle you. You are one of the best producing officers we
have on the Department. You are a mentor, leader, teacher, and sometimesjust a pain. I have never
seen a more capable narcotics officer over my 35 years with the Department. You know how to work
the streets and get results. Your K9?s are well trained and they enjoy working for you. It is impressive to
watch your K9?s work and how obedient they are to you. (Hint?Hint)

You are a Cops Cop and a darn good one. Tune up your leadership skills and partnerships, even with
those officers you do not like. Try to keep my pain to a minimum this year. My heart can only take so
much.
