LIMITING CONSTRUCTION COST

See General Provisions Clause FAR 52.23642 (Design Within Funding
Limitations. (APR 1984)). The estimated construction contract price set
forth in that clause is based on a Boeckh Index of  for the

area on . This limiting cost
will be adjusted as the Boeckh Index changes from the date of this ?xed limit
to the date the bids on the construction contract are opened.

Boeckh Index: The Boeckh Index is published by the American
Appraisal Company, 525 East Michigan Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53201.
The indices re?ect the changes in building costs in representative major cities.
The Boeckh Index used herein is the index for the category: Apartments, Hotels
and Office Buildings, Brick and Concrete.
