Respondent’s response was originally due July 13, 2015. The Court has previously granted Respondents an original extension until July 31, 2015 and a second, one-week extension until August 7, 2015. If granted, the time for Respondents to respond would be extended until August 14, 2015. This extension, like the second request, is being sought to permit Respondents to further consider internally its response to Petitioner’s motion.
