THE GRAND JURY CHARGES

COUNT 1:
On or about the 23rd day of April, 2015, in Carroll County, Kentucky, the above

named Defendant committed the offense of Complicity to Commit Kidnapping when he,
acting alone or with another unlawfully restrained Adam Horine to with the intent to
interfere with the performance of a governmental or political function;

COUNT 2:
On or about the 23rd day of April, 2015, in Carroll County, Kentucky, the above

named Defendant committed the offense of Custodial Interference when he, acting alone
or with another, knowingly took Adam Horine, a mentally disabled person, out of custody
from the Carroll County Detention Center and kept him from the law?ll custody of
Eastern State Hospital, a mental institution;

 

COUNT 3:
On or about the 23rd day of April, 2015, in Carroll County, Kentucky, the above named

Defendant committed the offense Of?cial Misconduct First Degree when with the intent
to injure and/or deprive Adam Horine of a bene?t, he, acting alone of with another,
knowingly committed an unauthorized exercise of his of?cial functions and/or refraining
from performing an official duty, by vtolating a Court order to transport

Adam Horine to Eastern State Hospital; .

Against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
