Cpl. Adam Walter, sheboygan county sheriff Department, being first
duly sworn on oath deposes and says on information and belief:

Count 1: IST DEGREE CHILD SEXUAL ASSAULT - CONTACT WITH A CHILD
UNDER AGE 13

The aboveenamed defendant December 26, 2010 through December 30,
2010, sheboygan County, Wisconsin, did have sexual contact with a
person who has not attained the age of thirteen, --
-2003, contrary to sec. 940.02(1) Wis. stats.

Upon conviction for this offense, a Class Felony, the defendant
may be sentenced to a tem of imprisonment not to exceed sixty (60)
years.

Count 2: IST DEGREE CHILD SEXUAL ASSAULT - CONTACT WITH A CHILD
UNDER AGE 13

The aboveenamed defendant December 26, 2010 through December 30,
2010, sheboygan County, Wisconsin, did have sexual contact with a
person who has not attained the age of thirteen,--
_2004, contrary to sec. 940.02(1) Wis. stats.

Upon conviction for this offense, a Class Felony, the defendant
may be sentenced to a tem of imprisonment not to exceed sixty (60)
years.

The basis of complainant's charge of such offense is: official
reports prepared by Detective Gerald Urban of the sheboygan county
sheriff Department, which reports indicate that on Wednesday,
July 13, 2011 at approximately 4:15 Detective urban was
assigned to investigate an alleged sexual assault of two male
children that reportedly occurred at W4305 CTH EH, in the Town of

I-Ierman, County of sheboygan, state of Wisconsin. As part of his

investigation, tdntatt was made with -- who

reported two of her sons, identified as -- and
-- disclosed to her that they both had sexual

contact with their -- identified as Charles L. Amweg.
stated that at approximately 3:10 on July 13, 2011, she was

having a good touch/bad touch conversation with her two sons, -
and - when _disclosed to her that Charles Amweg made him look
at and touch Charles' penis and Charles also did the same thing to
him by touching _penis.

on July 14, 2011, as part of his investigation, Detective urban had
contact with _a second time at the sheboygan County Sheriff's
Department, who indicated that she had been sitting on a couch at
approximately 8:30 the night before, that being July 13, 2011, in
her home with her son, _who indicated that
_Chuck had touched him also more than once. sara stated that
her son, - also told her that _Chuck told him not to tell
his mom or dad or they would be mad at him, - In speaking with
she believed that these touching incidents occurred during the
week of December 27 through December 30, 2010, when she went there
with her three children to visit Charles Amweg's liveein girlfriend
identified as Christine Lindow, of w4305 CTH EH, Elkhart Lake,
sheboygan County, wisconsin.

As part of his investigation, Detective Urban then interviewed -
-- at the sheboygan County Sheriff's Department and
followed the stepwise Interview Outline during the interview. -
stated that his brother, - said that Chuck touched him on
his private parts but that it did not occur because his brother was
in the toy room the whole time. _stated that his _Chuck
only told him to touch _Chuck's private parts, but he did not
do that and also stated that Charles Amweg did not touch his private
parts either but only told him to touch his and he did not do that.
_then stated that _got touched. _stated that Christine
Lindow and his mother were leaving to go to the store and that 
Chuck was naked upstairs and he stated that when he and his brother,
_went to Charles Amweg's bedroom, he told them to touch his
private parts.

As part of his investigation further, Detective Urban made contact
with -- at the sheboygan County sheriff's
Department. During the interview with - he followed the stepwise
Interview Outline protocol and as part of his conversation with -
_stated that his _Chuck might go to jail. Detective Urban
asked -if he was worried about that and he responded by saying
no. He then asked _to tell more about that and he responded by

saying, touched me." He then asked -who touched him and -
responded by saying -then went on to say that his 
Chuck touched him in his private area and stated this happened
almost past Christmas. -stated he thought that happened at his
house or _Chuck's house in his bedroom.

-stated that Charles Amweg told his brother, - and then him to
touch it and identified it as his "wiener". - stated Charles
Amweg used the word "wiener" when the detective discussed with him
why he was using that particular word when describing to the
detective what happened. - stated the incident occurred when
Charles Amweg was on his bed and that his brother, - was in a
playroom. - stated that Charles asked his brother, - to touch
his penis and Charles told -to look backwards and when that
occurred, he did not know whether or not Charles actually touched
his brother's penis because he did not see it happen. The detective
then asked -if he touched Charles' wiener and he stated he did
not but - stated, "But he touched mine though." -stated he
kept his pants up when this occurred and he did not look because he
thought Charles had blindfolded him.
