On August 27, 2015, Lee County Sheriff Department in Lee County, Florida issued a warrant for
Rodgers arrest for Second Degree Murder. Additional information regarding the specifics of the
case have been requested but not yet received.

Standard Condition: The defendant shall not leave the judicial district without the permission of the
Court or probation officer.
Nature of Noncompliance
On August 24, 2015, the undersigned officer was contacted by Detective Mike Downs, of the Lee
County, Florida police department, advising Rodgers was in Lee County, Florida on June 28th, 2015.
Downs advised the undersigned officer that Rodgers was in a Walmart located at 14821 6 Mile Cypre
Parkway in Fort Meyers, Florida 33912. Rodgers did not have permission from the undersigned officer
to be in Florida on this date.
Previous Violations
None.
