Dear Governor Kasich,

Over the course of the last several weeks, millions of Ohioans and Americans across the country have
witnessed the horri?c and inhumane practices of our nation?s largest abortion provider, Flamed
Parenthood. In their own words and deeds, Planned Parenthood has been exposed for harvesting aborted
baby body parts and selling them on the open market. If aborting over 300,000 babies a year isn?t
offensive enough, we now know that Planned Parenthood?s reprehensible actions include putting price
tags on baby body parts to include?in their own words??hearts,? ?lungs,? and ?livers.?

As you know Governor, our Attorney General Mike DeWine initiated an investigation of Ohio?s Planned
Parenthood clinics following the release of the ?rst video. Your spokesman stated that you ?nd such
practices ?abhorrent.? Vast majorities of Ohioans, both pro-life and pro?choice, agree with you and we
thank you for taking a strong public stand against Planned Parenthood?s business model.

As we have witnessed in subsequent videos, these practices will continue if we do nothing to stop them.
Flamed Parenthood must be held accountable for what they have done and continue to do. Therefore, the
Ohio Right to Life Society is requesting that you terminate current Medicaid Provider Agreements
between the State of Ohio and with any and all Planned Parenthood of?ces. This action would protect
women?s health and ensure our tax dollars do not support a corporation that sells aborted babies? body
parts piece by piece.

Please know that cancelling the Medicaid Provider Agreement in no way substantially impacts women?s
health and family planning services in our state. A cursory review of health care options for women in
Ohio clearly proves that the number of community health centers, community action agencies, free clinics
and other providers far exceed all the current Planned Parenthood of?ces combined. Notably, none of
these countless numbers of health care facilities are under investigation like Planned Parenthood.

The Ohio Right to Life Society commends you for your commitment to the sanctity of human life and for
recognizing the abhorrent practices of Planned Parenthood. We respectfully ask that you continue to
protect women and their unborn babies by holding accountable this corporation and terminate their
existing Medicaid contract with the State of Ohio.
