Storage against me, Scott Hooton.

As noted on the copy of the filing, the Summons was delivered on July 20, 2015. This response is dated August
3. 20| 5 and delivered to the Court within twenty (20) days from receipt of the Summons, as required in the
COMPLAINT. As a courtesy to the Plaintiff, a copy was sent to Plaintiff's attorney of record, Michael B,
Manes, 950 S. Pine Island Rd, A-150, Plantation, CA 33324.

The following is a direct response lo the statements Flaintifi's COMPLAINT:
With reference to specific COMPLAINT paragaplls:

7. This statement is not true. I did not execute a Guaranteed/Binding Estimate for a residential move.
8. This slatement is not true. [did not execute any of the documents listed in the COMPLAINT.
9. This statement is not true. I cancelled the move for cause due to excessive increases in their price to

conduct the same move that was estimated.

10. This statement is not true. I made one (1) online posting that reflected the accurate and true
experience with Superior Moving and Storage relative to this matter.
