Case No: 14-CV-665-F (U.S. Western District) Dear Patti: I have received confirmation from the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that sufficient drugs to carry out the executions of the four inmates currently scheduled have been obtained. The drugs are midazolam, rocuronium bromide and potassium chloride. These are the drugs referenced in the three drug protocol specified in Chart D, Attachment D located on the page Bates Stamped 0037. The drugs are manufactured and not compounded. None of the drugs will expire prior to the current execution dates of the four inmates. The Oklahoma Department of Corrections continues to seek dosages of pentobarbital and sodium pentothal as well. In the event either is located they reserve the right to utilize the single drug protocol specified in Chart A or Chart B, Attachment D located on the page Bates Stamped 0036 instead. It is not anticipated that the method specified in Chart C, Attachment D located on the page Bates Stamped 0037 will be utilized in any of the four executions currently Patti Ghezzi November 26, 2014 Page 2 scheduled.
