The scope is defined under the following categories: i. Roofing in need of replacement. ii. Building Envelope, including exterior windows and doors that are in need of replacement. iii. HVAC, including critical mechanical items such as boilers, chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, controls, and miscellaneous parts of the HVAC system. iv. Interior includes finishes such as ceilings, walls, ceramic tile, flooring, carpeting, cabinetry, blinds, and furnishings. v. Sitework includes driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, playgrounds, fencing, and irrigation. vi. Plumbing includes piping, toilet fixtures, sinks, water heaters, and sprinkler systems. The scope and program estimates for each campus are preliminary based on the FCA initiative. During the design process for each campus, the district will determine the actual scope and budget for the respective campus in coordination with the selected Architect/Engineer Teams.
