The First Implementation Period Ending Date of the current Grant Agreement was 30 June 2013. In order to ensure that Program activities are not disrupted pending negotiation of the Second hplementation Period documents, and to accommodate the addi?onal time necessary to integrate the interim ?mding into the Second Implementation Period, the Global Fund proposes to amend the Grant Agreement by extending the First Implementation Period Ending Date to 30 September 2013. Please note that this amendment is an interim measure to avoid disruption to the Program activities and does not constitute ?nal approval of Second Implementation Period documentation which remains subject to negotiation. Accordingly, the Second Implementation Period will be deemed to have begun on 1 July 2013 and the Second Implementation Period Ending Date shall remain unchanged.
