It was a pleasure seeing and talking with you again on Friday afternoon 9/19 and getting to meet
Jessica and John, Jr.  I enjoyed our visit and discussion very much.  Many thanks once again to you
and the family for taking time to join us this past weekend.  Hope you enjoyed your time in
Tallahassee as much as we enjoyed having all of you with us. 
 
FYI--we received in today’s mail the official grant award letter and $41,000 check to fund the 20142015 activities outlined in Dr. Randy Holcombe’s grant request letter.  Many thanks for expediting
that.  Please express our sincere thanks and gratitude to President Brian Hooks and the Charles
Koch Foundation Board for their ongoing interest and generous investment in our Economics
Department undergraduate students again this year.  We appreciate it very much. 
 
Will let you know when David Rasmussen and I plan to be back in DC later this year so that we can
arrange to get together with you again then.
