Plaintiff, PRIORIA ROBOTICS, INC., sues Defendant, CONDOR AERIAL, LLC, and
alleges:

1. This is an action for damages that exceed $15,000.00.

2. Plaintiff is a Florida corporation with its principal place of business in Alachua County.

3. Defendant is a dissolved Florida limited liability company.

4. Defendant owes Plaintiff $94,540 for a Maveric aerial surveillance system manufactured
by Plaintiff and sold to Defendant on or about November 1, 2013, which amount includes related
training and reimbursement of demonstration expenses incurred by Plaintiff.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant for damages including costs
and pre-judgment interest.
