ORDER

And Now, November 4, 2015, pursuant to this Court's order of October 29, 2015
the Attorney General ?led a timely response under seal; and counsel for the defense

requested and was given until 2:30 this afternoon to file his response under seal; and it
appearing that the Attorney General has reported to the Court, in relevant summary, that
she has ?no knowledge at this time of any email that proves such and it
appearing that the reply may not directly address the terms of the order to disclose "any
information of which she is aware to support her conclusion" that Judge Feudale and/or
attorneys of the Of?ce of Attorney General "in any way orchestrated, facilitated,

cooperated in, or arranged for disclosure of otherwise secret grand jury material in this
case?; therefore, it is ordered as follows:

That the Attorney General shall appear at 1:00 p.111. on November 5, 2015, at the
Judicial Council Conference Room, Conference Room A, #1201 of the 

Judicial Center, Harrisburg, to testify, in camera, under oath, and submit to
questioning by defense counsel and the Court regarding the statements contained in her
response of this date.
