On 3/5/15 at 2233 hours Santa Clara Police officers responded
to the rear of 3957 Rivermark Plaza (Posh Bagel) in response
to the call of a disturbance. Investigation revealed the suspect
and victim were in a verbal argument. The suspect pushed the
victim causing her to fall to the ground and destroyed her cell
phone. The suspect was arrested.
