The order lists work in Ashe, Allegheny, Avery, Jackson, Mitchell, and Watauga counties. When lsearched the system lor jobs in the occupation group "Farming, Fishing, and Farestry Occupations" in each of the listed counties, the NCGA order only showed up in Watauga county. By my count, only about 130 afthe 747 jobs are in Watauga county. I'm attaching printouts of the results of my searches far each county. As you can see, JO 10304132 shows up only on the Watauga County search. As you know, our position is that in order to adequately test the local market, the NCGAiobs should be advertised in all counties where work included on the master order is located. That includes notiust affering theiobs to walkrins at your local offices, but also having the master orders show up in the NC Works iob bank when a member otthe general public does a search afjohs for any of the counties where work on that order is located. It was our understanding that as of March 2014, your IT department had developed a workaround to the issue that was preventing you from listing master orders in multiple counties where the work is located. We did a few checks afjob postings in the spring ofth'is year and were encouraged to see that the fix had been implemented and the NCGA orders were showing up when you searched far jobs in the local counties. Would you please clarily what your current policy is on posting master orders in the NC Works system? And ilthe policy is to post them locally, would you please look into why this particular Christmas tree order is not showing up in 5 out of 6 counties where work is located?
