AGREED FINAL JUDGMENT

On this day the court considered this lawsuit and the settlement agreement
presented by the parties. Gloria Conley, Michael Jones, and Roderick Mukes,
individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated who are identified on
Exhibit A of the Settlement Agreement and whose consents are on file with the court
as opt-in plaintiffs, are the “plaintiffs”, and Liberty Proclaimed Ministry, Donna
Griffin, and Robert Griffin, individually and d/b/a Ministry of Property, are the
“defendants” for purposes of this judgment.

This Agreed Final Judgment, relating to the above-entitled and numbered cause
is hereby entered pursuant to the terms of the settlement agreement which is hereby
approved. The parties have voluntarily waived their right to trial by judge/jury and
agreed to submission and entry of this Agreed Final Judgment as resolution of this
matter. Ministry of Property is not a separate entity, but rather an assumed business
name for Robert Griffin.
The parties have represented, and the court finds, that they have agreed to the
form and content of this Agreed Final Judgment as indicated by their signatures
below. Accordingly, based upon the agreement of the parties, the court finds that
judgment should be entered in favor of Gloria Conley, Michael Jones, and Roderick
Mukes, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated who are identified
on Exhibit A of the Settlement Agreement and whose consents are on file with the
court as opt-in plaintiffs, and against defendants Liberty Proclaimed Ministry, Donna
Griffin, and Robert Griffin, individually and d/b/a Ministry of Property in the amount
of $200,000 and orders as follows:
It is therefore ORDERED that defendants Liberty Proclaimed Ministry,
Donna Griffin, and Robert Griffin, individually and d/b/a Ministry of Property to
pay plaintiffs Gloria Conley, Michael Jones, and Roderick Mukes, individually and on
behalf of all others similarly situated who are identified on Exhibit A of the

Settlement Agreement and whose consents are on file with the court as opt-in
plaintiffs, a total sum of $200,000.
It is further ORDERED that defendants pay plaintiffs post-judgment interest
at the rate of 0.10% from the date of this judgment until plaintiffs are paid in full.
It is further ORDERED that this Agreed Final Judgment is intended to be a
final judgment which may be executed, abstracted, and enforced by all legal means.
