Sports South will handle all order processing and fulfillment and is coordinating participation in the GunTV platform from its vast dealer network. DEALER NETWORK Sports South’s established and trusted dealer network will handle final retail sale for firearms sold on GunTV. Dealers will collect the full retail value of the firearms sold through GunTV and be billed at their normal customer pricing by Sports South. The transaction structure is not a drop shipment for a third party transfer fee. “ MANUFACTURER Manufacturers opt in to participate in the GunTV platform and select product(s) for the GunTV promotion. Prior to the promotion, the retail price is set and a volume commitment is made by the manufacturer to be shipped to Sports South. Product sold in the GunTV promotion is billed to Sports South by the manufacturer at distributor pricing. GUNTV GunTV takes orders for products featured on the live television shopping channel through inbound call center operations and an e-commerce website by selecting pre-approved Sports South dealers based upon the consumer’s zip code. Sports South ships the product to the selected dealer for in-store pick up by the consumer.
