SB coverage of lobbying at the House of Commons does not normally
include coverage of?meetings held inside ~-the' House itself. However,
in this instance it was the view of the officers covering the lobby
that because of the presence of several members of the City of London
Anti-Apartheid Group 'front' for the violence prone
Trotskyist organization known as the Revolutionary Communist Party, it
would be expedient to keep discreet observation in the Grand Committee
Room during the course of the MM meeting; It being thOught likely

that the GLAAG members might take the opportunity to create some form
of violent or embarrassing incident in the presence of Members of the
House. In the event no disorder or untoward incidents took place.
