On behalf of CompostUSA ofthe Treasure Coast (Compost), as the Agent of Record for the pending Conditional
Use Application for the operation of a compost development facility on property along Shinn Road, please
accept this notification as the applicants formal withdrawal of this Application from further review by St. Lucie
County. No further actions by the County on this application are requested.

We understand that the Boards Special Meeting of December 3, 2105, on this proposed Conditional Use
Application is still scheduled to be held, however, neither any principal or agent for Compost will be present at

that meeting.

On behalf of Compost, we want to thank the Board of County Commissioners for the time you have given
throughout this review process.
