this estimate and enclose a deposit of $572.50 made payable to the Minister of Finance. This
reply must be sent to my attention and should quote the reference number TIE 2015-34. When
we have received your response and deposit, processing of your request will continue.

Section 76(4) of the Act provides some limited situations where fees can be reduced, or waived
entirely, if you cannot afford to pay or there are other reasons that justify excusing the fee, or if
the record relates to a matter of public interest. If you believe that one of these circumstances
applies to you, please bring this to my attention.

Section 60 of the Act allows you to ask the Information and Privacy Commissioner to review this
fee estimate. The Act allows you 60 days from the date of this notice to ask for a review by
