Consumer?s occupation places him in the public and he enjoys it, but he works very long hours for relatively low pay and his anxiety over the situation is increasing.? Per this documentation, Mr. Taylor had been diagnosed with ?Essential Tremors? by his physicianls) but ?doctors are not sure what is causing his physical shaking, but feel it will continue to worsen over time. Therapy was recommended by consumer?s physician.? A session note from 11/20/12 noted that Mr. Taylor ?has feelings of guilt when it comes to anything involving making decisions for himself.? On 11/28/12, Mr. Seabourn documented, ?Consumer also discussed the relationship with his father and how this has had a negative impact on his self perception. Therapist pointed out how consumer?s lack of assertiveness correlates with the impacts he felt from childhood.? in a session on 3/11/13, Mr. Seabourn noted, ?Consumer shared that he made a choice for the ?rst time to turn down a couple of work trips to reduce stress and gain time for himself. Consumer also shared that he decided to be up front and communicate with his girlfriend about issues that were stressing Consumer is making slow progress at this time.? A session note from 10/25/13 stated, ?Consumer shares that he has trouble saying ?no' to friends and others in his life. Consumer states that he ends up being overextended and feels worse, so he hides.? A note from 1/15/14 described Mr. Taylor's progress in treatment as ?Consumer reports that he is more assertive as he confronts people in a healthy manner when they say something he disagrees Therapist began the process of challenging with consumer the thought that he is a ?failure'.? Mr. Taylor participated in a few family sessions during the time he saw Mr. Seabourn for therapy, including one session with his sons and one with his wife. Currently, Mr. Taylor denied that he has been assigned to any correctional mental health professional, nor has he seen a since being sent to the Grayson Detention Center. Although he was prescribed Prozac for depression by Eskenazi Hospital after his hanging, he denied taking the medication, as he has been told that ta king medication would limit his opportunity to be sent to a better prison. Mr. Taylor's Relationship with (Io-defendant, Mr. Jared Fogl_e As noted earlier, Mr. Taylor reported that he ?rst met his codefendent, Mr. Jared Fogle, when he was the Youth Market Director for the American Heart Association and Mr. Fogle was scheduled to speak at three elementary schools in his area. He recalled that he met Mr. Fogle the night before the event and they went out to dinner. He recalled that Mr. Fogle ?asked me to write a Keynote speech for him he had to give in Illinois. drafted it and gave it to him two days later. It went over well?. After that, Mr. Fogle began to contact Mr. Taylor to help him with events and he would state that he "would make it worth my while.? Mr. Taylor recalled that soon after, Mr. Fogle "offered to fly me to the Colts-Patriots playoff game in Providence. He paid for the airline tickets [?rst class] and we shared a room at the Westin. We went to the game and met the announcers. It was the coolest thing ever.? Mr. Taylor recalled that after the game they went to ?the Foxy Lady Strip Club? and were in the ?Champagne room?. Mr. Taylor stated, had only ever seen [this kind of thing] on TV. A stripper came back with us to the room and Jared said, if you can convince her to come back to our hotel room, I will pay you.? Mr. Taylor recalled that he was able to convince the stripper to come back to their room and ?she had sex with both of us. That began our 12 year run.? Mr. Taylor indicated that after that, ?we had such a good time, he started calling me.? Soon after, Mr. Fogle flew Mr. Taylor out to Los Angeles with him to ?lm a Subway commercial. He stated, ?We went to LA a lot to film commercials. i started meeting people and going to all these events in the celebrity world. Because I was always around, people started trusting my opinion. They would ask me about Jared?s clothes and started using me in writing the scripts for the commercials. [We were together so much] people started saying 'Russ and Jared are an old married couple!? After Mr. Taylor had a change in employment, leaving the American Heart Association for an Executive Director position with the American Cancer Society, Mr. Fogle recruited Mr. Taylor to replace the Executive
