what occurred soon afier Mr. Taylor was arrested. Mr. Fogle has since sued Mr. Taylor in civil court over
possession of the house and a financial agreement he made with Mr. Taylor, to expect a lump sum payment of
$191,000 (total house price) for the house three years after it was purchased, after paying Mr. Fogle 
payments of $350 for those three years. Taylor indicated that if he quit his job, he knew his family would

be evicted from the home.

As noted previously, Mr. Russell reported that he was sexually abused by an older neighbor boy:-

for several years when Mr. Taylor was 5-9 years old an_was on years of age. Mr. Taylor was first
exposed to sexually explicit materials at the age of 5-6 years. Additionally, he recalled being molested by adult

female friends of his father's when he was a teenager.

 

Mr. Russell denied being sexually attracted to children, but admitted that he has engaged in "swinging" 
his wife and other couples, as well as "orgies". Mr. Taylor denied ever engaging in nonconsensual sex 
anyone and recalled that he began engaging in sexual activities with ternale and male partners indicated that he was actually a member of

a ~swinger's club" which planned meetvup activities. Mr. Taylor also admitted to engaging in sexual activities
with his "bass", Mr. Jared Fogle, with other individuals (partners of legal age), however, he denied having sex
with Mr. Fugle. He denied ever engaging in sex with children or nonconsenting individuals. lle denied ever
using weapons or threats to coerce others, or giving them drugs or alcohol to enable them to have sex with
him, apart from typical social drinking with other adults. When asked about his sexual activities, Mr. Taylor
denied that he engaged in any type of ansM activities, primarily due to his experiences of sexual abuse.

    

Mr. Taylor denied any history ofengaging in sexual activity with animals. When confronted by the report by
the federal investigator that he had allegedly asked a female acquaintance if he and another woman could
borrow her horse to engage in sex, Mr. Taylor denied that this was true but assumed that the allegation
stemmed from jokes they had made alter the woman said she "ran a male horse farm" and another person in
the group indicated that she would likely his anatomy interior. Mr. Taylor indicated that after this, it
became a running joke among them and he sent these types of joking text messages to the woman. Mr. Taylor
indicated that the FBI ended up raiding his house in search of bestiality videos stemming from these text

messages.

in regards to the video footage in his house, Mr. Taylor reported that he had originally set up "nanny-cams" in
his house because he was frequently away from home due to work-related trips with Mr. rogle. because there
were numerous people with access to his home, he indicated that he set upthe cameras to monitor the home
for theft however, upon reviewing the video footage, he discovered that a teer-vhom he employed to
help him wI his computer, had engaged in sex with her boytriend in his office After showing this footage to
Mr. Fogle, this event set the course for future intrusive monitoring in Mr. Taylor's home, as Mr. Fogle
reportedly encouraged him to do this and Mr. Taylor agreed to change where the cameras were placed, in
order to catch children, teens, and other household occupants engaging in bathing, showering, and dressing
aaivilies. Mr. Taylor denied ever informing the children or others that the cameras were in place. He alsa
