Mr. Fogle has since sued Mr. Taylor in civil court over possession of the house and a financial agreement he made with Mr. Taylor, to expect a lump sum payment of $191,000 (total house price) for the house three years after it was purchased, after paying Mr. Fogle payments of $350 for those three years. Taylor indicated that if he quit his job, he knew his family would be evicted from the home.
